These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Sun Valley Services (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

Services Provided

Sun Valley Services provides:

Residential window cleaning
Commercial window cleaning
Gutter cleaning
Related exterior cleaning services

Service availability may vary based on weather, safety conditions, and scheduling.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of the request. Final pricing may change if:

The scope of work differs from the original request
Additional buildup, debris, or access limitations are present
Extra services are requested onsite

We will communicate any pricing changes before completing additional work.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations may result in a service fee.
Weather conditions may require rescheduling for safety reasons.

Access to Property

Customers are responsible for providing safe and clear access to work areas, including:

Removing obstacles near windows or gutters
Securing pets
Ensuring gates or entry points are accessible

Sun Valley Services is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved payment methods as discussed at booking.

Late payments may result in additional fees.

Property Conditions & Liability

We take care to provide quality service; however:

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to windows, screens, seals, frames, or gutters.
We are not liable for leaks caused by previously damaged roofing or gutter systems.
Hard water stains, failed window seals, or permanent glass damage may not be fully removable.
